Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the client. If the client is not completely satisfied with our services, we will, at the client's option, either waive professional fees, or accept a portion of those fees that reflects the client's level of satisfaction.
Fair is fair. If we haven't monitored customer satisfaction and or addressed the issues of dissatisfaction, then the customer shouldn't be expected to pay at all or pay the full amount.
Before we do work for a customer, we talk about what satisfaction means to them and we review how we are going to monitor and address issues related to satisfaction. This approach allows us to put the topic right on the table and provides us the opportunity to work toward providing satisfaction. If satisfaction isn't achieved for some reason, we can easily address elimination of fee or reduction of fees without hard feelings because this guarantee has been a focal point during the engagement.
The most important aspect of this service guarantee is that it helps us focus on what is important and if things are not perfect for what ever reason, we have a way to address dissatisfaction should that occur.
