If you are paying by purchase order, a copy of the purchase order must
also be faxed or emailed to confirm your seat.
If you are paying by
check the check must be received at least two weeks prior to the class to
confirm your seat.
Training course dates
and prices are subject to change. Project Server Support, Inc. reserves the
right to adjust class dates up to 20 days prior to the scheduled class start date.
Customer agrees and acknowledges
that training will include access to Project Server Support’s proprietary
information and technology and that all proprietary information is kept
confidential.
Please note: We do not cancel our
workshops due to low enrollment and we limit class size to six
participants.
Students may
reschedule without penalty up to 15 business days prior to the date
of the class. In the event that a student cancels or reschedules a
class between 10 and 15 business days prior to the date of the class,
there will be a 50% charge to the customer for the cost of the
class. Any cancellations less than 10 business days will result in
the customer being charged the full class rate. Any expenses
incurred because of the cancellation or rescheduling of a class,
such as non-refundable airline tickets, etc. will be the
responsibility of the customer.
In the event that
a company or personal credit card is used for payment for training
and the student cancels the class between time of registration to 10
and 15 business days, and a refund is desired without rescheduling,
there will be an additional 3% cancellation fee charged to the
credit card.
Refund
reimbursements will be made within 30 days of cancellation notice.
