We have been working with these tools since the
80's and reorganized to form Project Server Support, Inc. to
correspond with the launch of Project Server and
the first Microsoft Project Server Technical
Conference in June, 2002.
Our mission is to deliver outstanding Project
Server support for clients; to provide
fulfilling careers and professional satisfaction
for our people; and to achieve financial success
so that we can reward ourselves and grow.
The team that we have assembled consists of
people deeply rooted in the project management
industry, and experts who have extensive experience in
technical implementation, process consulting,
support, technical writing, and training. Our
team includes professionals
who have written EPM books, user manuals, developed EPM add-ins, created a wide range of EPM
workshops, and who have been presidents
and officers of PMI and MPA chapters around the
country.
We are all senior project managers, project
management authors, consultants, software
developers, and trainers. We have been
involved in the Project Management Software
business prior to Microsoft Project's
introduction and have been associated with such programs as
Symantec's TimeLine series, Artimis, and Prima Vera.

Specific to EPM, we have worked with Microsoft Project since its
launch, developing tools, workshops, add-ins,
and working for companies like eLabor
(developers of Enterprise Project, which was
later purchased by Microsoft and became Microsoft
Office Project Server.)
Tom Sherry,
Principal, has over 17 years of
programming and technical consulting experience. Tom
guides the technical division at PSSI. Tom offers a
wealth of experience in designing and programming
software for Microsoft Project, and integrating systems.
As a
Technical Account Manager for eLabor.com, Tom
provided presentations, pilot implementations, and
consulting services to implement Enterprise Project.
Tom
has programmed in a variety of languages and
database platforms. As a Senior Consultant for
Computer Management Sciences (purchased by Computer
Associates), he provided project management,
software design, and programming services for large
enterprise installations.
For EPM he created EWQ for
defining implementation
requirements, Resource
Scrubber for cleaning a
resource pool for import,
and the Project Sever
Compliance Reporting Tool
(PCRT) for monitoring EPM
usage during deployment and
adoption.

Ray Coker, Principal,
was a Senior
Trainer and Consultant for
Symantec's project
management product "Time
Line" in the late 1980s. Ray
has spent 20 years training
and consulting with several leading project
management software products, and has served as a
technical editor for product manuals and project
management books.
He has designed and developed 20 different project
management courses and continues to manage and
publish five core workshops. He has taught project
management tools, techniques, and project management
software to thousands of people throughout North
America and in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Ray taught in the communication field at the
University of Arizona,
Temple University, and The Wharton School of
Business, and has taught management
workshops for several leading management consulting firms.
Ray has also designed
and created several popular add-in products for all
versions of Microsoft Project including Process
Bridge, Project Logic, and STT (Schedule Tracking
Tool).

Andrew Scott, Managing
Principal,
has
nearly 20 years of experience in
IT Engineering and Management.
He most recently was Informatics
Infrastructure Engineering
Manager for Forest Laboratories,
a multinational drug research,
manufacturing and sales firm
headquartered in NY, NY.As
Engineering Manager, Andrew was
responsible for engineering
standards, system design and
solution delivery of
infrastructure for all server
and database systems. Prior to
joining Forest in 2003 he
managed system design,
deployment and operations for a
capital equipment manufacturer
in the US, England and Europe.
Andrew has been working with MS
Project in its various versions
as long ago as 1990 when it was
released for Macintosh. He
implemented and used MS Project
Server 2003 upon its release and
was an early adopter of Project
Server 2007 for which he was an
end user and design, deployment
and validation subject matter
expert.
He has extensive experience with
management and deployment of
large enterprise systems in Food
and Drug Administration (FDA)
regulated environments with more
than 12 years experience in
pharmaceutical industry
management, training and
consulting. He has expertise in
Computer Systems Validation
including System Lifecycle
Process and Documentation
(System Planning and Auditing,
System Requirements, System
Build, Testing and Deployment,
Systems Retirement).He is also
an ITIL Practitioner.
Before working in IT, Andrew
taught secondary mathematics in
West Africa, Nicaragua and the
US and conducted post-graduate
research as a Watson Fellow in
Latin America. He was a founding
trustee and served as a board
member for a Montessori school
for 5 years. He served 3 years
in the US Peace Corps in Sierra
Leone as an education and
appropriate technologies
specialist in the 1980’s.
Andrew holds a BA in Mathematics
from BereaCollege in Kentucky.

Tracy Miller,
Customer Service Manager, manages all
of Project Server Support’s internal and
external customer needs, including customer
accounting and human resources administration.
She brings with her a career-long focus on
customer service and satisfaction. Tracy has
worked in numerous customer-facing roles in the
insurance and retail management industries, and
has been commended for her customer service
skills as well as her bias toward solving
customer concerns.
Tracy balances her work with an active community
service life including serving as a hospice
volunteer, and organizes health fairs and
seminars on living a healthy lifestyle and
preserving the environment.

Darlene Coker,
Marketing Manager,
has
worked in marketing, training and development
for more than 20 years, and owns Organic Learning
Company, a completely custom training
and development firm. She was Director of Product
Development and Marketing for Paradigm Learning,
Inc., a Tampa, Florida-based organization that
specializes in innovative business games and
simulations, including Countdown, a project
management simulation.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Darlene
was vice president and managed a suite
of sales training programs for AchieveGlobal
(formerly Xerox Learning Systems and Learning
International). She was responsible for developing
and promoting award-winning sales training, which is
used by major corporations and organizations
worldwide. Prior to that, she was a management
consultant for Kepner-Tregoe, a process and strategy
consulting and training organization. Darlene holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and
Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University,
and a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication
from Temple University.

Dave Ewert, Phd., Senior
Consultant, is
Professor Emeritus of Finance and Director Emeritus
of the Executive MBA program at Georgia State
University. Its program achieved a top-ten ranking
by Business Week.
Dr. Ewert served on the Board of Directors for NEC Eluminant Technologies, 1998-2000. For the
University of California, Berkeley he teaches
executive seminars internationally. For George
Washington University's affiliate, ESI
International, he teaches project management
seminars. Dave has presented financial management
and project management seminars in Asia, Africa,
Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and South
America. At Georgia State University he was given an
Outstanding Faculty Award for his teaching. Dave earned his Doctor of Philosophy, finance,
Stanford University, Masters of Science, finance,
University of Minnesota, and his Bachelor of
Science, industrial engineering, Iowa State
University.

Teresa
Newton-Terres, PMP Senior Consultant, is a consultant, trainer, and project
management professional. She has extensive experience,

fields, including aerospace, defense, education,

Legare, PMP, Senior Consultant, has worked for nineteen years as

Chuen Yang Lum, Senior Technical Consultant,
serves as Senior Technical Consultant
in support of Project Server installations. Prior to
joining Project Server Support, Inc., Chuen was a
Senior Software Engineer with Computer Associates
International where he provided business process
analysis and software development. He has
programming experience in a wide variety of
languages and database platforms.
Chuen holds a masters degree in Industrial
Engineering from Tennessee Technological University
specializing in enterprise management planning and
process improvement.

Linda Watkins, PMP, Senior Consultant,
Linda is an expert consultant on Microsoft’s EPM
Solution, which includes Microsoft Project, Project
Server and SharePoint. She is also a certified
expert on all Microsoft Office products. With over
18 years experience as an instructor of technology
and leadership skills, Linda has developed an
excellent reputation worldwide for helping others
obtain the necessary skills to improve their
productivity.
By 1997 she
became the resident expert on teaching Project
Management skills for IKON Education Services
nationally. In 1999 Linda led a team to institute
the first Project Management Office for IKON Office
Solutions corporate-wide. In doing so she created a
5-day boot camp for the project managers to become
certified on the IKON Methodology Framework. Today,
Linda is regarded as a leading EPM expert.

Gary
Cobb, PMP, Senior Consultant, has more
than 20 years of broad IT leadership experience
including Fortune 500 experience in manufacturing,
telecommunications, global transportation and
government. Gary is currently concentrating in PMO (Project

large-scale project management. He hold as B.S. in Computer
Engineering, from Clemson University, and an MBA
from the University of
North Carolina.

Elaine Marmel, Senior Writer,
has been
writing after-market computer books since 1991 and
is the author of over 25 books, including multiple
versions of the Microsoft Project Bible. Elaine
routinely uses Microsoft Project and employs project
management skills to manage various business
projects, including book projects and the magazine
articles she writes each month for Inside Peachtree
for Windows and Inside QuickBooks for Windows.
Elaine has been training people to use software both
formally and informally for over 20 years. She has
trained both large and small groups in both hands on
and instructor-led environments. As a Business
Analyst for American Management Systems (AMS) in
Washington D.C., Elaine trained approximately five
hundred District of Columbia employees to use FMS, a
financial management system designed and developed
by AMS. Elaine began her writing career by preparing
the user manuals on the Budgeting, Purchasing,
Revenue, Cash Disbursements, and Labor Distribution
subsystems. In addition, she prepared documentation
for external auditors which explained document
processing, database updating, and automated system
