Initially, we always help
a client determine their functional maturity so that they
can set obtainable implementation goals, and select the
Enterprise Project Management feature set that would be most
useful for their organization.

Typically
we begin working with a client at Phase I. However, we can
begin working with a client at any one of these phases and
it is not unusual for an organization to ask us to begin
working with them in Phase II or III after they have
completed Phase I on their own or with another Microsoft
partner.
